Refund and Cancellation Policy for Safe Screen Health & Wellbeing

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting SafeScreen Health & Wellbeing in advance.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Where payment has been made in advance, refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the required notice period.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If SafeScreen Health & Wellbeing needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or refund where appropriate.
